The
Basics ·
All ISIS stations get changed over at the beginning of each
month. Each store receives a lineup of 12 CD's on the 1st for
installation in the listening station. We also send a descriptive
writeup to post directly on the front of the station, along
with any POP or promo materials you may provide. The lineup of
titles varies slightly according to region, although titles
booked "nationwide" run in all 115 ISIS stores.
Stocking/Compliance

All of our stores agree to stock all of the monthly titles. The stores do fill orders with one-stops at least twice a week, so if a record is moving they will continue to keep it in stock.
We inform the stores which titles are running a week before the new month to give them adequate time to order stock.
Tracking ·
Stores in the ISIS program are phoned or visited twice a month.
In addition, a tracking
report form is sent to them at changeover. We do tracking
based on initial stock and reorders, and provide you with a
final report on each title at the end of the month. In addition
to tracking sales, figures, we keep our stores informed of
special promotions, and gather feedback on specific and hot
titles. Our retail staff has a very good relationship with the
people in the ISIS stores, and increases awareness of our
records by talking them up.
