Submissions are taken in advance
according to demand. As there are only four slots available each
month for each program, we recommend contacting us as early as
possible to secure space.
We welcome creative
artwork use, as long as the image helps the stores sell records.
In other words, the Displays don't have to exclusively picture
full album covers. For example, the Almighty Display could
showcase a cool live shot or other image, or the space could be
used to promote a national contest or added-value giveaway. In
the past, the most popular utilization of Almighty has been to
use the space for a "coming soon" teaser in the month
prior to release.
We have also used
live shots and band photos, as well as "coming soon"
teasers. Artwork needs to be submitted, in final layout form, to
Almighty offices no later than the 10th of the month prior to
insertion.
File Formats
We accept submissions in Adobe Photoshop,
TIFF, and JPEG, preferably at least 300 dpi, with a pixel width
of at least 1750 (the higher, the better). Please remember to include any
additional text or logos you would like us to drop into the provided artwork. You can submit
graphics via email using a .zip or .sit compressed file, via snail mail (no later than the
15th of the month prior to performance)
or direct us to retrieve the graphics on your company's
homepage or B2B site.
